- โ AGING: Aged in small barrels of Cherry, Oak, Chestnut, Mulberry, Acacia, it has a maximum acidity of 6% and has a remarkable persistence and complexity.
- ๐งช NO CHEMICALS: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP obtained WITHOUT: Caramel, Dyes, Gum Arabica, Artificial Flavoring Substances, Added Sulphites.
